Test Blocks Macro IRHD

Rubber Test Blocks according to MACRO IRHD ISO 48-2. The Rubber Test Blocks are only for a reference check to other samples and should be tested annually. Different MACRO IRHD ranges are available:

Test sample set IRHD N / set with 7 pcs:

  • Hardness ranges: 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90
  • Test samples dimensions approx. 48 mm x 48 mm x 8 mm
  • Custom made carrying case

Single test block IRHD H:

  • Hardness range: 90
  • Test sample dimension approx. 48 mm x 48 mm x 8 mm

Single test blocks IRHD L:

  • HHardness ranges: 15, 32
  • Test samples dimensions approx. ø54 mm x 15 mm

 

The Rubber Test Blocks are provided with a Calibration Certificate issued by Hildebrand Prüf- und Messtechnik GmbH.
The mean value, range and standard deviation are displayed on the test report.
